Almost a year ago, I started working on a print publication called Limitless, as a way to work through my own emotions, as well as shine a light on others’ journeys. Limitless is a publication built to create a community of women surviving and thriving with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Limitless is a print magazine distributed to doctors, community organizations, and others supporting those with Rheumatoid Arthritis. However, during this uncertain time when receiving mail and skimming magazines at a doctor’s office can be treacherous, we’ve decided to bring the content found in the print magazine to a digital format.

Over the past decade, I have searched for a place where I could connect with other young adults, particularly women, suffering from, and thriving with RA and other autoimmune diseases. It can be hard to find your people and a place where you belong when you don’t see yourself in the disease, when you watch a commercial or read a magazine and all you can see is the face of someone much older.

I hope that Limitless can be that place. A place where we can all share our stories, learn from one another and continue to grow and heal.

What will you see on the Limitless blog? Honesty. You’ll hear stories from other woman suffering from RA as the disease ebbs and flows. Some woman were diagnosed as children, others as adults. Some are medication-free and others are in the midst of flare-ups. We’ll be showcasing tips that we have found helpful, recipes that we love for a low-inflammation diet, and stories of disappointments and successes.
